How plans work

The product does not change. The people limit does.

Free and Team include the same Agents, Spaces, and integrations. Team is a seat price for organizations larger than 10 people. Model tokens stay on the coding plan the Computer already uses.

Free is a people cap

Organizations of up to 10 people get the full product at $0. Cross that, and the published price is Team.

Team is billed per person

A Team seat is a person in the organization. Guests, Agents, Crews, Computers, and Runtimes do not occupy seats.

Model usage is BYOK

Sharkly does not sell tokens. Runs go through the Computer and Runtime you connect, on the coding plan or API account you already pay for.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is Sharkly free today?

+

Yes. The Service is currently offered free of charge. The Team price on this page is the published seat price. You will not be charged unless you later complete an authorized purchase after updated terms are posted.

What is the difference between Free and Team?

+

There is no feature difference. Free is for organizations of up to 10 people. Team is the same product, billed per person, when the organization is larger than 10.

Do Agents, Computers, or guests occupy seats?

+

No. Agents, Crews, Computers, and Runtimes are execution resources, not people. Guests do not occupy a seat. The Free cap and Team billing count people in the organization.

What about model usage and tokens?

+

Sharkly does not sell model quota. Runs use the Computer and Runtime you connect, so usage follows the Claude Code, Codex, or other coding plan or API account already attached to that Runtime.

Can we keep Jira?

+

Yes. Every plan includes Jira import and two-way sync so existing projects can stay in place while Agent execution and review move in Sharkly. Slack and Feishu bridges keep conversation attached to the same work.

Can we run it on our own infrastructure?

+

Yes. Self-hosted is a private deployment of the same product. Book a demo and we will talk through hosting, rollout, and pricing.
